The Journey into Coaching
My journey...
I have been intrigued about coaching for many years and throughout my career have felt I was already coaching many of my existing clients. But did I have the exact tools they needed? Was I using specific language? Was I able to give them the time they needed along completing their booked treatment?
The answers to the above is No - I did not because I had not yet undertaken the necessary training.
In the beginning of 2024 I decided it was time and so I enrolled with 'Wellness Professionals at Work' to do a Fast Track Diploma in Wellness Coaching.
This was an such an eye opening, emotional experience. I learned so much about myself; my needs, approaches, strengths, weaknesses. I firmly believe that everyone would benefit from coaching at some point in their lives.
I am now able to offer Wellness and Menopause coaching both face to face here in York or via Zoom to be accessible to wherever you live.

The underpinnings of my coaching style will allow you to elevate your mindset, your self belief and allow you to feel empowered to be the person you want to be.
Through tried and tested techniques, I will help you enhance your physical health, mental wellness, movement, stress management and sleep.
As a Menopause Coach...
Focusing on Menopause can offer all of the same foundations as wellness coaching while allowing you to easier navigate the changes that come with menopause.
I will provide support, education and guidance tailored to your unique experiences of Menopause. We will talk symptoms, emotional challenges, coping strategies and
what support is available to you.
