Who is coaching for?Coaching is for anybody who would like to improve their mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

When would I choose coaching?You choose coaching when you want to make positives changes in your life. You have got an idea, an intention, a goal in mind but you need more clarity, more focus and you need to explore options in order to feel empowered and confident.

What is the difference between coaching and counselling?The focus in coaching is to empower the client for them to get to where they wish to be next. It focuses on the present and future. The focus in counselling is about healing from past traumas.

What is a discovery call?A discovery call is a brilliant way to find out whether we are a “good match”. Am I the right person for you to talk to? Are you ready to be coached? Do I match your expectations? The discovery call is free of charge with no strings attached.

I am not in York, how can I access your services?That’s not a problem at all as we can “meet” via zoom sessions.

How many sessions would you recommend?I will tailor this totally depending on your intentions and goals but I would suggest a minimum of 3 to 6 sessions to benefit the most.

What is your cancellation policy?Please notify me 48 hours before your session if you can’t attend. No shows will be charged the full amount.

Do I need to prepare anything for my sessions?Before your first session, I will send you a consultation form which will need to be returned to me before we commence. It will be useful if you can think about your intention(s) and/or the goal(s) you’d like to achieve.

Do I need to bring anything with me?No, you don’t. Just yourself!!! I If you like though, bring a notebook and a pen in case you’d like to make notes.

What can I expect from a session?When you come for your first session, we will start by talking about your goal setting which we will review in further sessions. I will provide various coaching tools throughout our sessions and I will ask relevant questions to help you gain clarity and focus. We will work together to set goals, identify potential solutions to challenges, develop new strategies, and create a plan on how to achieve your desired outcomes.
